Identity is a youth center for teens and young adults ages 13-24, located at 206 State Street in Binghamton, NY. Founded in 2008, we are a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) teens, but also welcome all youth regardless of their sexual identity, orientation, or gender identity. LGBTQ+ youth and their allies are invited to come and be themselves, receive support and education, and meet new people. If you’re a teen who believes in individuality and equality you are welcome at Identity! What we offer: Educational and social programming Events such as Queer Coffee Houses and Pride Prom Support from staff, peer youth educators, and community mentors Paints, canvases, and many other art and crafting supplies Video games, board games, books, and movies. All Identity events, programs, and services are always free!
